A formal discovery process begins. This includes the initial conversation to the kickoff meeting. We review your objectives and goals and address various developmental and technological options.
The ultimate result of the discovery session is a comprehensive understanding of the expected work, functionality, and business processes. This ensures that we cover the full scope of the project and helps with the development of the project timeline.
Our interaction designers who are involved in the Discovery Phase start putting together user interaction diagrams, task lists, personas and wireframes.
Intelaface puts together a plan of attack. From branding, messaging, and functionality we prepare the components for the foundation for everything we do in this Phase. All our projects, whether, web based applications, corporate websites, ecommerce websites or mobile applications; our process ensures meeting your business objectives and marketing goals.
The design stage entails conceptualizing the layout and creating the interface of your new website. When our strategy team, hands off the "blue prints" to the design team. Our Award Winning design team creates a design comp based on all the elements in the design phase. We continue with revisions through the design phase until a final design concept is approved.
With the design in place, our designers build out the general architecture of your new website. The home and interior page templates, global navigation, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are all created during this stage. This phase reveals how your website will function once it is complete.
Once the general architecture has been created and approved, we turn it over to our professional copywriters or your company's authorized stakeholders to get started on writing keyword rich and compelling website content. Once the content is ready to go, our designers move it onto the site and format the sections using CSS.
This stage involves custom application development (programming/db) for any of the dynamic (functional, customizable) elements that is required for the project. Much of the programming and database development magic happens simultaneously with the architecture and content stages.
We comply to the most rigorous standards for QA (Quality Assurance) the development, the forms, the links, and the navigation All are tested from development to submission. Once all the components and features are ready to go, we perform a final set of rigorous QA testing. After we've verified your site is functioning as intended and conforms to current Web design, development, and accessibility standards, we hand off to you for approval and sign off.
When your site passes QA testing, it's ready to launch and we push it into production for final publishing on the Web.
Our website design team will check up on the success of your website launch. Since success means different things to different companies, we may use a variety of gauges and tools. If you report or we find anything that could use a tweak- like content updates or minor changes to graphics or the architecture, we'll get it revised quickly.
